- Within our service area, the treatment price includes travel and the on-site inspection.
- If you only ask for an inspection, or decide not to go ahead with the treatment after it, a HUF 12,000 call-out and inspection fee applies; we always tell you about it in advance.
- For locations outside our service area, we agree a distance surcharge with you in advance.
Follow-up treatments and payment
- For bed bugs, cockroaches, ants and fleas, a follow-up treatment is often needed because eggs or developing stages survive the first visit. If it is professionally justified, it costs 70% of the full price of the first treatment. We tell you in advance.
- As a VAT-exempt small business, we do not charge VAT: the agreed price is the final amount.
- You can pay on site in cash or by card. We send the electronic invoice by email.
Businesses, condominiums and institutions are priced differently; we prepare an individual quote after an on-site inspection.

We work only with professional, approved products and modern methods. The aim is not to cover up the problem but to treat the infestation in a targeted way and reduce the risk of it coming back. How many treatments are needed is always determined by the biology of the pest and the conditions on site.
Why registration matters
In Hungary, public health pest control requires a qualification and official registration. The National Center for Public Health and Pharmacy (NNGYK) publishes the list of registered providers, so customers can verify a provider’s registration before booking.

How long does a treatment take?
A typical flat takes about 1–3 hours, depending on the infestation and the floor area. The combined bed bug treatment and the dust mite treatment take the longest, because the bed, the mattress and the critical hiding places have to be worked through point by point. Removing a wasp nest, by contrast, often takes less than half an hour. We can give you the exact time after the inspection.
Do I need to be at home?
Yes, at the start: we go through the findings and the final price together, and you need to sign the service report. The treatment itself is carried out in an unoccupied area, depending on the method chosen. Different rules may apply to gel treatments or to chemical-free, machine-only methods (for example Cimex heat treatment). We tell you how long you need to stay away after the inspection, based on the method and the product instructions.
When can I go back into the treated room?
It depends on the method and the product instructions. After spraying, surfaces must be completely dry; after fogging or smoke treatment, the prescribed waiting time and ventilation are required. After an ozone treatment, we check that it is safe to return once the ozone has broken down and the room has been aired; elapsed time or the absence of a smell alone is not enough. We give you the instructions in writing.
Do I need to empty my home?
No. What is actually needed depends on the pest: for bed bugs, for example, washing the bedding; for a kitchen treatment, putting food away. We help move furniture on site, but there is no need to clear out the home.
Is the treatment dangerous for children or pets?
We always follow the product authorisation and occupational safety rules. In the combined bed bug treatment, the sleeping surface is treated with Cimex dry steam, while hidden harbourages receive a targeted insecticide treatment. The dust mite treatment is chemical-free: HEPA vacuuming and high-temperature Cimex treatment.
Is one treatment enough?
That depends on the biology of the pest. For bed bugs, cockroaches and fleas, a follow-up treatment is often needed, because some eggs or developing stages hatch after the first visit. We tell you in advance, based on the conditions on site.
How quickly can you come?
Typically within 48 hours of confirming the booking. For wasps or other urgent cases, sooner by arrangement.
Will my neighbours find out?
We keep the visit discreet. We arrive in an unmarked car and bring the equipment in closed bags. In a block of flats, informing the other residents is your decision.
Do I get an invoice and proof of the work?
Yes. For every job we issue a service report listing the product used, its active ingredient, the quantity applied and what to do after the treatment. We send the electronic invoice by email. For business customers, including food and hospitality premises, we also provide documentation of the pest-control work that can be incorporated into the site’s HACCP pest-control records, tailored to the premises and the service provided.
