When scout workers find food, more workers can follow their scent trails into your kitchen. For lasting control, the species and its connection to the nest must be assessed; removing the ants you can see is often not enough.
In food-handling areas, ants can contaminate food and surfaces as they move between waste, cracks and food sources. The significance of the problem depends strongly on the species and where the colony is located.
The species determines the appropriate treatment. With pharaoh ants, repellent treatments may cause colonies to fragment and spread, which is why we use a bait-based approach.
We place it along their routes, as close to the nest as possible. Food picked up by the workers can reach other individuals in the nest, including the queens. We follow the effect gradually with checks; leave the bait in place as described in the instructions we give you.
Depending on the species and the approved use, it may also be needed at entry points. We keep the area around the bait free of contamination and of repellent products that would make it less attractive.
We give you specific, itemised advice on site. This helps reduce the chance of activity returning.
We show you which gaps, tile cracks and pipe openings are worth sealing to reduce the chance of them coming back.
Colony-eliminating bait, targeted surface spraying and dusting, depending on the species. For pharaoh ants, only bait is used.
No separate call-out fee: within our service area, the treatment price already includes travel and the on-site inspection.
If you only ask for an inspection, or decide not to go ahead with the treatment after it, a HUF 12,000 call-out and inspection fee applies; we always tell you about it in advance. As a VAT-exempt small business, we do not charge VAT: the agreed price is the final amount. You can pay on site in cash or by card.
Not sure what you have found? Send a sharp close-up photo or a short video on WhatsApp. If the pest can be identified reliably from it, we tell you free of charge what you are dealing with and help you decide whether an on-site treatment is needed.
In Hungary, public health pest control requires a qualification and official registration. The National Center for Public Health and Pharmacy (NNGYK) publishes the list of registered providers, so customers can verify a provider’s registration before booking.
Our registration number: 311160. Declaration of conformity: PE_07/NEO/1943-10/2026.

Why it matters: registration confirms that the provider meets the relevant professional requirements, while the service report records the products used and the details of the treatment.
